Project for January 26th- Our Everyday Memories

Hello Wednesday Project Chicks
Our project his week is another fantastic way to use envelopes. I am loving all of the great envelope ideas- and it is so easy to find cool envelopes. They are everywhere from Target to Staples to Paper Zone. I bought these brown bag envelopes at Ben Franklin in Redmond.

This project also includes a file to print your embellishments, that way you can select whatever cardstock matches with the paper you select. You need a 1" circle punch and a corner rounder to create the tags and punch outs.

In the instructional video I show you how to assemble the book and also to make the smaller envelopes, tabs and photo corners.

Enjoy the project! If you want to buy a kit of this project I will be putting it on our website and on the Members Only Blog later today.

Project for January 19th- Life Organized.

Hello Wednesday Project Chicks!

This week our project is one of my all time most requested set of directions, for a Household Organizer. This set of directions has never been sold, I only taught this class one time 3 years ago- so I think it is safe to dust it off again. I have selfishly kept his project for a special week when I didn't have time to create a brand new project, and this is that week.

You will LOVE this book. It is the perfect wedding shower gift, new mom gift, new house gift or just a great idea for anyone. It is based on a 3 ring recycled binder that they sell at Office Depot, so it is the perfect surface for painting and adhering paper. In your source information I included the brand and a link if you want to look at the notebooks online. I bought one the other day at Office Depot in Issaquah.

Okay, so there are 6 dividers in this organizer, plus custom made business card page, custom card pocket for important dates, custom pockets for receipts, coupons, a pocket for stamps and so many other fun details. There is a file of printable pieces that includes EVERYTHING in the notebook.

Sorry no video this week!

Have fun and Happy Scrapping!

Project for January 12th - Love Is . . . A Mini Book of Envelopes

Hi Wednesday Project Chicks

This week our project is super cool- the pages of our mini book are made from legal sized envelopes. You could even recycle envelopes you get in the mail! Whoo Hoo. Our theme this week is Love Is . . . but it is not necessarily a Valentines book- it can just be about anything, place, or person that you love.

I used this really cute new paper line by K & Co and a ton of random embellishments- heart clothes pins, heart buttons, large and small heart brads, ribbon, punch outs, heart stick pins- you get the picture. Dig into those unused embellishments and put together this cute project.

We do have kits available for this project, they are $20 and the link is

If you want to purchase one.
In the kit you get 9 different patterned papers, a pack including all of the die cuts and embellishments we used-(Valentine embellishments are just about the cutest), ribbon, chipboard, cardstock, etc.

The video shows you step by step what you need to do to create this book. It is 2 segments, so make sure you watch both.

Thanks and see you next week!

Kerry

Project for January 5 - Magic Photo Cube

Hi Project Chicks

Okay so maybe our project isn't exactly MAGIC, but it is pretty cool. It is a series of 2x2 cubes that are hinged together and they just keep changing as you open them in different ways.
Watch the video to see how fantastic this project is.

Have fun with this one!
